Welcome to Desert Succulent Creations, a Claremont,
California-based,
family-owned business. We specialize in non-thorny succulents and grow
over
200 varieties of these water-retentive, drought-tolerant plants at our
gardens and nursery. Cacti
are also available upon request.
In these days of increasing water scarcity and expense, succulent plants
are a smart alternative to traditional planting for both home and office.
Few people realize that succulents come in a wide variety of colors
as well as hundreds of textures and are far more attractive than traditional
landscaping or even Xeriscaping™. The Greek word "Xeros"
means dry and Xeriscaping is a systematic concept for saving water through
creative landscaping. Our specialty is Xeriscaping with succulent plants.
Unique to Desert Succulent Creations
is the cut succulent arrangement which is coming to replace flowers
in many establishments.
